Teriyaki Beef Marinade is so versatile and can be used on many different cuts of meat. No matter what beef cut you choose, this teriyaki marinade will make it delicious!
Marinating a piece of meat is the perfect make a head meal. All you have to do is toss that marinated meat onto the grill outside and you’ve got an easy, delicious meal!  The perfect combo. This recipe was given to me by a good friend years ago and it’s been a favorite at our house every since. I cubed the meat up for shiskbaob but you can also just leave the piece of meat whole.  The benefit of shiskabob is there is more meat exposed to absorb the marinade and eating food off a stick is more fun.
Having a couple of easy, delicious meat marinades in your cooking repetorie is always a good idea.  I’ve shared a favorite chicken marinade here and today I’ve got a favorite beef marinade.  This one has an asian flare to it as it uses soy sauce,
Teriyaki Beef Marinade Tips
If using bamboo skewers be sure and soak them in water before using so that they don’t burn up on the grill!
One of the other perks of marinating your  meat is you can buy less expensive cuts of meat and the marinating process tenderizes the meat.  I use top sirloin a lot.  I like to marinate the meat for at least 4-6 hours or overnight if possible.  It just depends on how on top of things I am!
I served these kebobs with some rice and then some grilled veggies. Â A nice greek quinoa salad and some cheesy garlic bread we had a delicious meal.

So basically you are saying Teriyaki is Soy mixed with garlic, ginger and sugar? That just doesn’t sound right.
Leigh Anne says
Any basic teriyaki recipe I have seen contains those ingredients.
