I have enjoyed baking bread since I had my first stroke, about 12 years ago.(I have no memory left of precise time, to me it is just the past) I record daily numbers, like weather and personal finances and bake, to stay busy and happy. I think I have made every French Bread recipe that my old laptop will let me see. For some reason, your recipe just popped out at me, looking for the temperature to bake my bread, with the bread ready to hit the oven.(the memory thing,,,, I can’t remember important numbers so must see it every time I use the oven,,,, it’s difficult to explain) Anyways, I really look forward to making your recipe in the next week and will definely let you know how successful I was in the making.
