Chipotle Style Rice
This recipe for lime cilantro rice is very similar to the rice they serve at Chipotle. It is also great made with brown rice too. Just needs to cook a little longer.
What Kind of Rice Should I Use?
Use jasmine or basmati rice. They are more aromatic than plain long grain rice and I prefer the taste.

We eat this rice weekly at our house and now that we are empty nesters I freeze the leftovers and it heats up great in the microwave.
