fresh cilantro

white basmati rice

water

salt
juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Bring water to boil, add rice.
Add lid and cook until done.
Add in juice of lime, salt and cilantro.
Stir to incorporate and fluff with fork.

You can store leftover rice in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 4-5 days. Allow it to cool before putting it in the refrigerator.
