Korean Ground Beef will quickly become a family favorite.  It’s the perfect easy, weeknight dinner idea that the whole family will love.

Some of our family’s other favorite go to weeknight meal ideas include this delicious Sesame Chicken, I’ve made it hundreds of times.  Spaghetti with meat sauce has been a go to meal since I was a child and I often double the sauce and then freeze half so I always have it on hand. Another go to meal are these riblets – my boys love them!

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Albertsons. All opinions are 100% mine.

Having a handful of go to weeknight meals that everyone will eat is a lifesaver for those crazy busy weeknights. School is starting back up and whether you kids will be at home doing school or going to school, establishing a regular meal routine can be a challenge!

Today’s recipe for Korean Ground Beef is easy, quick, delicious and versatile. I highly recommend you add it to your regular meal routine!  All you need is about 15-20 minutes, a pound of ground beef and  a handful of other pantry staple ingredients to put together a delicious dinner.

The star of this recipe is the ground beef so I always use a good quality meat.   The organic, grass fed Ground Beef  from Albertsons a favorite. While picking up your O Organics® Ground Beef at your neighborhood Albertsons family store be sure to check out the hundreds of other products in the O Organic line.   Stock up on products for school lunches and easy week night dinner solutions. They have everything you’ll need.

How to Serve Korean Ground Beef

There are lots of yummy ways to serve Korean Ground Beef. My favorite way is just over some brown rice or quinoa.  I also like making it into a bowl, a wrap and even a taco. I’ve also been know to just eat the meat mixture by the spoonful, all by itself!

Korea Beef Bowl

If I want to get a little more fancy I will make a bowl with the meat mixture along with a layer of brown rice or quinoa and some chopped veggies.  Broccoli slaw is one of my favorites and there is no prep involved. You can also use up any leftover veggies you have in the fridge.  Broccoli, carrots, zucchini and peppers are a few of our favorites. I add the veggies in raw but they can also be sautéed first. Sometimes I will add some grated cheese on top of it too.

Korean Beef Lettuce Wrap

Serving it in a wrap is easy and perfect for anyone eating a low carb diet.  I like to use butter lettuce but you can also use iceberg or romaine.  I find a softer lettuce works better and your wrap doesn’t fall apart as easily. The O Organics Living Butter Lettuce works perfect.

I like to top the wrap off with one of my favorite O Organics salad dressings for additional flavor.  The O Organics Cilantro Lime dressing is delish and gives the wrap an Asian Fusion flavor. There are so many fun and delicious ways to incorporate Korean Ground Beef into your weekly meal plan.
