With only 3 ingredients, this cool and delicious Creamsicle Pie is the perfect summer treat.

Creamsicle Ice Cream Pie

Creamsicle Pie is delicious, so easy to make, and only takes 3 ingredients. It is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.

This ice cream pie is a little variation on the Pink Lemonade Pie I have shared before.  The only difference is I added orange juice instead of pink lemonade! It tastes just like a creamsicle pop, those yummy orange and vanilla ice cream treats I ate as a kid all summer long.  Creamsicle Pie has the same flavor but it is just in pie form.

Creamsicle Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients Needed

  • Graham Cracker Crust. Store bought or use my graham cracker crust recipe.
  • Vanilla Ice Cream. Use your favorite brand, but I prefer Breyer’s Natural Vanilla.
  • Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • Whipped Cream and Orange Slices for Garnish, optional

How To Make Creamsicle Pie

  • Set out ice cream and orange juice concentrate until slightly softened.
  • Put softened ice cream and orange juice concentrate in a bowl or stand mixer and stir until combined and smooth.
  • Pour creamsicle mixture into prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Put pie in freezer until firm.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and a few orange slices and serve.

Tips from leigh Anne

  1. This pie would also be delicious in a sugar cookie or golden Oreo crust.
  2. Do not add water to the orange juice concentrate. Just use as is.
  3. This pie is fun with all different varieties of juice concentrates. Lemonade is one of our favorites.

Hi!…….I really like the sound of this….but I’m going to make it with a Chocolate base…my best friend loves Terry’s Chocolate Oranges. (Not sure you can get them in the States….it’s an English Chocolate)…so I think this dessert will be a real winner! thank you!

I buy my Terry’s Chocolate Orange online from English Tea Store or British Food Depot. Both have generally good prices on the bars and a little more expensive on the whole orange.
