No Bake Chocolate Lasagna is layered with a creamy cheesecake layer, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and topped with chocolate shavings over an Oreo cookie crust!
What is Chocolate Lasgana?
It is called Chocolate Lasagna because it is made with a layer of crushed Oreo cookies, a layer of minty cream cheese, a chocolate pudding layer and then topped off with Cool Whip!
Ingredients Needed
- Oreos. Use the entire Oreo, including the stuffing. Use a regular Oreo not a Double Stuffed Oreo.
- Butter
- Sugar
- Cream Cheese. Softened
- Milk. You want your milk cold not room temperature
- Pudding. I use chocolate Instant Pudding but you can use any flavor you like.
- Cool Whip. This is a whipped topping you will find in the freezer section. You could also use regular whipped cream. Use it thawed.
- Peppermint Extract and green food coloring are optional.
How to Make Chocolate Lasgana
- Process cookies in food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Place crumbs in bowl and add in butter.
- Press onto bottom of 13×9-inch dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk in medium bowl until blended. Add in peppermint extract and green food coloring if desired.
- Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
- Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/4 cups milk with whisk 2 min.; pour over cream cheese layer.
- Let stand 5 min. or until thickened.
- Cover top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Place dessert in refrigerator for about 4 hours before cutting into squares to serve. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
The flavor combinations for this dessert are endless. Use your favorite flavored OREOS and pudding for lots of fun combinations.

Leigh Anne, I had to tell you I WON the Bake Off with this recipe!! I do not cook at home, I’m one lucky lady as my husband does that for us so not a seasoned cook at all. I might just start trying more things. Thanks for the great blog and all your wonderful recipes.
