This 3 Ingredient Lemonade Pie has been a family favorite at our house for over fifty years! It’s so easy and delicious!!
3 ingredients and 5 minutes. That is all it takes to put this quick, easy and delicious dessert together! The best though about this dessert though? It tastes delicious!
I’ve been making this recipe for over 30 years and I’m pretty sure it came from my mother and she has been making it longer than me!
I am pretty sure that Pink Lemonade Pie is the perfect summer time dessert! Everyone needs a go to, easy summer dessert and this is mine. It is easy to keep these 3 ingredients on hand so you are always ready to whip up a yummy summer treat.
Three ingredients – a graham cracker crust, 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream and a can of pink lemonade concentrate. Of course you could totally make this with regular lemonade or even limeade and it would be just as delicious. I am just a fan of pink lemonade.
The process is easy too. I just put the ice cream and the pink lemonade concentrate (do not add water to the lemonade) right into my Kitchen Aid.
Then with my paddle attachment I mix the two until they are smooth and combined – just a minute or so. Then pour it into the graham cracker crust. I decided to make my own graham cracker crust becauseI think it tastes better than a store bought one but it is a little bit more work and then I couldn’t call the recipe “3 ingredient.” A store bought one will work just fine!
Then pop it in the freezer and let it firm up. Then it is ready to eat!
It is such a yummy treat on a warm summer day or really any day. The sweetness of the ice cream combined with the lemonade is so refreshing.
Do you have a go to summer time treat? If not, give this one a try!

I have made this summer dessert for many years. I let the ice cream and lemonade soften for a few minutes and fold it together in a big bowl. My recipe called for making it in a 9×12 pan so I made a graham cracker crust for a 9×12 pan and pour the filling in there. This will serve my large family. It makes about 12 medium slices and is so delicious.
