White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Bites

White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Bites are easy and delicious. No baking required and perfect for the holidays!

Pretzel Bites

Today’s recipe combines all of my favorites!  Sweet and salty, white chocolate and peppermint.  I just can’t seem to get enough of that white chocolate peppermint combo!  Have you tried the holiday White Peppermint M & M’s  yet?  I may be on about my 4th bag already and it’s not even December yet!!  I’ve got plenty of peppermint white chocolate recipes here on the blog to check out if you can’t get enough of this combo either (see below for list)

White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Drops

Now that Thanksgiving is over, I’ve been working on my Christmas treat making list lately. In addition to cookies, I always like to add some candy to the list.  Fudge is always a favorite and this year I’ve got a new candy treat to add to the list.  These WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT PRETZEL BITES are not only easy to make, no baking required, but they are addictive.  The salt from the pretzels along with the sweetness from the white chocolate are a perfect comb.  Throw in some crushed candy canes and you’ve got pretty much perfection.  A drizzle of semi sweet chocolate over the top doesn’t hurt either and just makes them look prettier!

White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Bites

The best part is, this goodness comes together in a matter of minutes!  Just crush up the pretzels and candy canes or peppermint candies and pour in the melted chocolate.

Form cute little bites of goodness on a parchment lined baking sheet and let them set up.  Add a drizzle of chocolate and a sprinkle of more crushed peppermint candy and they are ready to dress up any Christmas cookie plate around! Because I knew I would eat way too many of them, I sent them to work with my husband and they disappeared in minutes!

White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Bites

My favorite kitchen items I used to make these WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT PRETZEL BITES:

PARCHMENT PAPER SHEETS – These precut sheets of parchment paper are a total time saver in the kitchen.

SHEET PAN – I have at least six of these in my kitchen.  I use them everyday.  The 13 x 18  size is perfect and I use them for everything!

MICRO COOKER – This is actually a steamer for the microwave but I use it all the time to melt my chocolate or butter in the microwave – it works perfectly!
