These Butterscotch Cookies are the complete package – crispy, chewy, sweet and salty! The perfect cookie.

Salted Butterscotch Cookies

These Butterscotch Cookies is a variation of my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Butterscotch is an often overlooked flavor. The addition of some flaky sea salt on top was the perfect finish to these cookies.  The texture of this cookie was perfect in my book.  Crispy around the edges and chewy in the middle, just like a cookie should be.

These are the best ever butterscotch cookies. My family loves them. The sea salt is amazing on them. Just a sprinkle though. Thank you!

These may be my favorite cookies ever! I made them for a Super Bowl party, and they flew off the tray.
