Why You’ll Love This Recipe
What says summer more than s’mores and homemade ice cream? This S’mores Ice Cream is the perfect (and delicious) combination of both.
Don’t have an ice cream maker? Don’t let that stop you! With this recipe for S’mores No Churn Ice Cream there is no ice cream maker required. All you need is a mixer and a freezer!
Ingredients
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Whipping Cream
- Vanilla Extract
- Graham Crackers
- Mini Marshmallows
- Hot Fudge Sauce
How To Make S’mores No Churn Ice Cream
- In a mixing bowl, whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
- Place half of mixture into a loaf pan or freezer safe container.
- Top with half of graham cracker crumbs, toasted marshmallows and fudge sauce.
- Add remaining ice cream mixture
- Layer with remaining ingredients
- Cover and place in freezer to firm up.
Tips
- To give it a more authentic s’more flavor I toasted my marshmallows under the broiler and let them cool before adding them to the ice cream mixture. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper to make them easy to remove.
- You can use store bought hot fudge or use my mom’s amazing hot fudge recipe. Then freeze until it is firm

Can you use an ice cream maker for this
Leigh Anne Wilkes says
I have only made it without one.
Lisa Marie Da Ponte says
I love this recipe! Here’s the thing, I have ALS and the only thing that I can eat is ice cream…without chunks. I have figured out how to make the toasted marshmallows into a ripple, the fudge is fine but the graham crackers. Any ideas on how to add the flavour without the chunks?
Leigh Anne says
I am so glad you enjoy the ice cream. What about soaking the graham crackers in the milk and then blending it up. that way you would get the flavor but not the chunks.
Linda says
I am addicted!! Who knew you could make a no churn ice cream that is so fabulous!!! Yum yum yum?? So good in a big waffle cone or waffle bowl! Thanks so much for the recipe!
Leigh Anne says
Linda, I know! Crazy good!! Sorry about the new addiction:)
Elaine says
Would you please break down the quantity of graham crackers into the amount of crushed pieces? I need to make this recipe using gluten free graham crackers, and the crackers are not packaged in sheets. This looks amazing and I hope to make it. Thank you!
Leigh Anne says
Elaine, You could really just sprinkle on as much graham cracker as you think you would like. The 9 sheets of graham crackers makes about 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker pieces.
