Marshmallow Popcorn is ooey, gooey and utterly delicious! It’s slightly addictive and if you are not careful, you will eat the whole bowl!
Why You’ll Love This Recipe!
This recipe for Marshmallow Popcorn was one of the first recipes I pinned from Pinterest, back in the olden days. It’s hard to remember life before Pinterest!
I experimented with a lot of recipes I found on Pinterest in the beginning and I found that the names of many recipes don’t always hold true. It’s a little bit of a risk when you try something you’ve pinned.
I found that the Melt in Your Mouth Chicken did not melt in my mouth. It actually did nothing in my mouth.
The I Want to Marry You Cookies were good but not sure they were marriage worthy.
Then I saw a recipe for this popcorn, the pinner assured us that they were totally obsessed with this treat and couldn’t get enough of it. There was no link back to a blog so unfortunately I can’t give them credit. I discovered that they were right, this popcorn was amazing and my faith was restored in Pinterest.

I always bring this recipe to family functions in a large aluminum turkey pan. Everyone loves it. I put out paper bowls nest to it and wear plastic gloves or tongs when serving it.
