Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff is a  simple and delicious solution to dinner!  Full of flavor and easy to make in your crockpot, you will have a beautiful dinner with little effort.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff is tender and delicious. The meat is tender and pulls apart easily. The sauce is full of flavor and I like to serve it with a nice wide egg noodles to catch all the delicious sauce.

This recipe is easy to make. It uses stew meat which I love because I can buy it all cut up, ready to go.  Just brown the ingredients, put it in the crock pot, and let it work its magic.

Traditionally stroganoff has sour cream in it.  Because my husband is dairy free I left it out and it was still rich and delicious.  If you’d like it a little creamier and more traditional add in some sour cream.

Isn’t it gorgeous – the paprika gives a nice deep, rich color.

When my kids say they are bored, I have them go and pick a cookbook off the shelf and choose something to add to the menu. They love it, and I love not having to pick one thing!! LOVE this recipe – we are stroganoff lovers and I know we’d love this!
