Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff is a  simple and delicious solution to dinner! Full of flavor and easy to make in your crockpot, you will have a beautiful dinner with little effort.
Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff is tender and delicious. The meat is tender and pulls apart easily. The sauce is full of flavor and I like to serve it with a nice wide egg noodles to catch all the delicious sauce.
This recipe is easy to make. It uses stew meat which I love because I can buy it all cut up, ready to go. Â Just brown the ingredients, put it in the crock pot, and let it work its magic.
Traditionally stroganoff has sour cream in it. Â Because my husband is dairy free I left it out and it was still rich and delicious. Â If you’d like it a little creamier and more traditional add in some sour cream.

When my kids say they are bored, I have them go and pick a cookbook off the shelf and choose something to add to the menu. They love it, and I love not having to pick one thing!! LOVE this recipe – we are stroganoff lovers and I know we’d love this!
