How To Make White Chocolate Snickerdoodles

  • Cream butter, sugar and eggs together in a bowl.
  • Add in vanilla extract and mix.
  • Mix in flour, cream of tarter, soda, salt. Stir until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips.
  • Form dough into balls and roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  • Place cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 10 minutes.

Cookie Tips

  •  I like using my favorite cookie scoop to make sure my cookies are all the same size. That way the bake evenly and at the same time.
  • If you line your cookie sheets with parchment paper, you can use the same sheet for more than one batch of cookies. I usually use mine for 4-6 batches, turning it over half way through.
