Everything Bagel Pull Apart Bread
I love to add everything bagel seasoning to my pull apart bread.
- Place 24 frozen rolls in a bowl and cover them with melted butter and Everything Bagel Seasoning.

- Put the covered rolls in a greased pan. I like to use an angel food cake pan with a removable bottom. It makes the bread much easier to get out.

- Cover the pan with a towel and let rise until the rolls thaw and double in size.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. If using a pan with a removable bottom, make sure to cover the bottom of the pan with some foil before baking so the butter doesn’t leak out

Tips from leigh Anne
- Use fresh spices – Fresh sesame seeds, garlic, and onion will give your mix the best flavor and crunch.
- Toast the seeds – If you prefer, lightly toasting sesame and poppy seeds before mixing brings out their nutty taste and makes the blend more aromatic.
- Adjust to taste – Some like it garlicky, others prefer more sesame—don’t be afraid to tweak the ratios to your liking.
- Make a big batch – Store it in an airtight jar so you always have it on hand for quick flavor boosts.

Pair This With:
- Sprinkle on the top of hummus.
- Use it as seasoning for your roasted vegetable.
- Add it over the top of your smashed potatoes.
- My favorite way to use it is on avocado toast.
- Add a sprinkle to your popcorn instead of regular salt, the perfect snack.
- Use on proteins – Sprinkle over chicken, salmon, or beef before baking or grilling for a flavorful crust.
- Mix into cream cheese or Greek yogurt for an easy dip or spread.
- Top eggs or salads for extra texture and seasoning without needing extra salt.

Can this be made in a smaller batch or could they be frozen and reheated? Not sure about freezing since they have been frozen once.
Leigh Anne says
Sheri, You could definitely make it in a smaller batch. just reduce the seasoning and butter amount by the amount you reduce the number of rolls. I’m not sure how they would freeze once they are baked, I would opt for making fewer than freezing extra.
Enjoy!
