Tips from leigh Anne
- Butter lettuce is softer and a great lettuce for wraps. Iceberg lettuce will also work. But it is crisper and tends to fall apart when eating. Romaine lettuce or Bibb lettuce is another good choice.
- You can also serve this with rice also for added bulk. Add a layer of rice onto the lettuce and then topped with meat mixture.
- For additional texture and crunch top your beef lettuce wraps with some water chestnuts, shredded cabbage
- For a little heat, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

While traveling in Korea several years ago I ate at the local restaurants and loved the beef in lettuce wraps. The meat was cooked on little hibachi’s on the table. Delicious
