Beef Lettuce Wraps make a great appetizer or a delicious low carb meal. The Korean style beef is easy and delicious to make with this slow cooker recipe.
If you are looking for something healthy, yummy, and fun to eat, than these Beef Lettuce Wraps are the answer to your quest. My husband is gluten free so a lettuce wrap is a great alternative to a sandwich. And if you are counting your carbs they are a great choice.
These beef lettuce wraps are made using beef bottom round roast.  You get a lot of great flavor from soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and a bit of sweetness from some brown sugar. Everything cooks for in the crock pot and all you have to do is pull it out and shred it. Â

Tips from leigh Anne
- Reserve some of the sauce to use over the meat to help keep it moist.
- Butter lettuce is softer and a great lettuce for wraps. Iceberg is crisper and tends to fall apart when eating.

While traveling in Korea several years ago I ate at the local restaurants and loved the beef in lettuce wraps. The meat was cooked on little hibachi’s on the table. Delicious
