Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip

{Giveaway Closed}

chocolate chip cookie dip

I first tasted this chocolate chip cookie dip years ago.  A friend had made it for a party and I remember I totally planted myself next to the bowl and just about refused to share it with anyone else.
Chocolate Chip Dip

I am a huge fan of chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate chip ice cream – just about anything with chocolate chips in it!  So of course I was going to love this dip.  This recipe has been hiding in my files for years and when I needed to take a dessert to a church event a few weeks ago I decided is what I would take.

I love dipping these cute little mini graham crackers into the dip but just about anything would work, including your finger or a spoon.

The other thing I love about this yummy dip?  The bowl it is in.  Recently I was contacted by Coton Colors a company that has an amazing line of fun hand-crafted pottery, decor and gifts.  I fell in love with all of their pieces and especially the fun chevron dishes!  You know how much I love fun serving pieces.   I am that woman who has not only a closet for storing all her serving pieces but an entire room.  (You can do that when you are an empty nester!)  I just can’t seem to get enough of pretty serving pieces.

Coton Color’s has no end to fun serving pieces.  Their  mission is to celebrate everything and they have a darling dish or serving piece to do just that.

In addition to the fun serving platters I love the little embellished bowls they have that coordinate with the platters.  I can use the cute little Halloween one on my green chevron platter or the Thanksgiving one.

    I love your website, Leigh Anne! And this recipe looks great…can’t wait to try it! You wouldn’t believe it, but I still use that recipe that you gave me years ago (Chocolate Chip Pie…I call it Ooey Gooey Chocolate Chip Pie). My kids love it! I’m still in Japan and still scrapbooking and stamping! I’m glad I found this wonderful website and will use it often…and refer it to my friends (all the Navy Wives on the Base). Take care and God Bless…

      Thank you so much Diana!! How fun that you still love that recipe. So do we, in fact I just made it a few weeks ago and am going to be reposting it on the blog with better pictures!!. I’m still scrapbooking but resigned from CM this year. It was a good 20 years. Glad you are keeping in touch through the blog and thanks for sharing it!!
