Lime Freeze is such a fun and refreshing drink, like a milk shake, but made with sherbet.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
A freeze is a combination of sherbet, ice cream and soda. Â It’s blended all together like a milkshake but has an ice- ier texture and taste than a milkshake because it uses soda instead of milk. This lime freeze is fun and refreshing!
Ingredients
- lime sherbetÂ
- vanilla ice creamÂ
- lemon lime soda
How to Make A Lime Freeze
Making this fun drink couldn’t be easier. I used 4 scoops of sherbet to 1 scoop of ice cream to 1/2 C liquid. Â This made two small lime sherbet freezes. Â So depending on how many people you are going to feed will depend on how much you need.
All you do is combine the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth! You want it to be nice and thick. So easy!
Nothing beats a cold, icy lime sherbet freeze on a hot summer day or on any day!

I could use a refreshing drink right now. Even though there still is snow on the ground.
