These Jam Scones are light, flakey and delicious. And the recipe is so easy, it is a great way to get the kids involved in the kitchen.

I love it when I find a recipe that it is as fun to make as it is to eat. It is even more fun when you can get the kids involved in the kitchen and the baking process. Â
This recipe is a great opportunity to teach the kids some baking techniques.

These look delicious! I’ve always been a fan of Smuckers Black Raspberry Jelly which is very hard to find in stores in Missouri. My best friend has given me jars of it as gifts since she can find it readily in Indiana.
Have you tried these scones with your Gluten Free Flour Blend? Since there’s not as much needing involved, I wondered if the Gluten Free version would work.
