This Everything Bagel Pull Apart Bread is salty and savory and tastes even better than my favorite bagel!
The best part is how easy it is to make this pull pull apart bread thanks to Rhodes Frozen Rolls. And how delicious the everything bagel seasoning makes this bread!
I make frequent trips to New York City each year to visit my youngest daughter. I usually take the red eye which means I arrive in NYC early in the morning, just in time for breakfast. A trip to the neighborhood bagel shop is always the perfect way to start the trip. And I always get the Everything Bagel.  Everything Bagel Seasoning is a combination of garlic, onion, poppy seeds, salt and sesame seeds and it is pure goodness.
I decided to take that yummy seasoning and use it to make some pull apart bread using Rhodes Frozen Rolls.
It couldn’t be easier to make or more delicious. Now I can enjoy the flavor of my favorite NYC bagel anytime I want. If you have a hard time finding the black sesame seeds I used in the seasoning you can find them on Amazon. You could also use all white sesame seeds if you want but I like the color that the black ones add though.

You’ll find lots of other ways to enjoy this seasoning too. I love it on eggs or avocado toast!
I made my pull apart bread in an angel food cake pan with a removable bottom. It makes the bread much easier to get out of the pan. A bundt pan will also work, it’s just hard to remove the bread in one piece. Place 24 frozen rolls in a bowl and cover them with melted butter and Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Stir to coat the frozen rolls in butter and seasoning and then place them in the greased pan. Cover the pan with a towel and let rise until the rolls thaw and double in size. About five hours, depending on temperature of the room.
Cover the bottom of the pan with some foil before baking if you are using a pan with a removable bottom. The butter will melt and leak through the edges of the removable pan and then your oven will get super smoky. And when you open the oven door, all the smoke will come out and set off the smoke alarm. Then 911 will call your house to see if your house is on fire and send out the fire department. Don’t ask how I know this! I have a very sensitive smoke alarm.
Let the pull apart bread cool in the pan for about ten minutes before removing it. Then all that is left to do is grab a piece of two! It’s the perfect addition to a bowl of soup, a salad or just about anything!

Can this be made in a smaller batch or could they be frozen and reheated? Not sure about freezing since they have been frozen once.

Sheri, You could definitely make it in a smaller batch. just reduce the seasoning and butter amount by the amount you reduce the number of rolls. I’m not sure how they would freeze once they are baked, I would opt for making fewer than freezing extra.
Enjoy!
