Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is a match made in heaven. This fudge can be made in the microwave in a matter of minutes or on the stovetop.

The combination of peanut butter and chocolate is definitely a favorite. This fudge has so much creamy goodness but it also has a nice crunch thanks to the addition of peanuts. The best part though is how quick and easy it is to make. There is no candy thermometer needed!!

Fudge Ingredients

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk. This is the stuff that comes in the can.
  • Chocolate Chips. The recipe uses both white chocolate and semi sweet chocolate.
  • Peanut Butter. I prefer creamy but you can also use crunchy
  • Extracts. I use a combination of vanilla and almond
  • Peanuts. Salted peanuts work best
  • Salt

Microwave Fudge

Besides being delicious this fudge is easy too! The directions show you how to make it in the microwave but you can also make the fudge on the stove top in a pan. Just stir often as white chocolate burns easily.

  • Grease or line an 8 x 8 pan with foil or parchment paper. This makes the fudge easier to remove.
  • Alternate spoonful’s of each of the mixtures into a prepared pan.
