A fun and delicious way to enjoy your salad, this Chicken Caesar Salad Flatbread will become your new favorite lunch.
Chicken Caesar Salad Flatbread is one of my favorite ways to eat salad. There is a restaurant here in Portland that makes a yummy pizza salad. Â It has pretty much become one of my favorite things.
I love the idea of eating my salad on top of my pizza! I wanted to make it at home for a quick lunch. so I used store bought flatbread pizza crusts, but you can use your favorite flatbread recipe too.
Ingredients Needed
- Flatbread Pizza Crusts
- Olive Oil
- Parmesan Cheese
- Romaine Lettuce
- Chicken
- Caesar Salad Dressing, I like to use my homemade Caesar salad dressing, but you can also use your favorite store bought dressing.

Oh wow, your chicken caesar salad flatbread looks awesome and yummy. I would use these Flatout Flatbread to make a smoked mozzarella with ham flatbread. 🙂

The mini-masterpiece you would create with Flatout Flatbread would be an artichoke and ham pizza.

Since I’m not a huge fan of salad, I would use these either the way you described or as pizza bread. I’d let the family choose their toppings.
