This Toffee Apple Dip combines crunchy toffee bits, creamy cream cheese and the sweetness of brown sugar. Just add in some apples and I guarantee you won’t be able to stop eating this stuff!

Why You’ll Love this Recipe!
I have been making this toffee apple dip (also known as Skor Apple Dip) for years, ever since my friend Dawn showed up at my door with a cute little basket full of all the ingredients needed to make the dip, including the apples.
It’s quick and easy. And it makes a perfect last minute after school snack, party treat or anytime treat. But be warned, it is deliciously addictive. Once you start eating this it’s very hard to stop!

Ingredients Needed
- Cream Cheese – make sure your cream cheese is softened. I let it sit out of the refrigerator for an hour or so before mixing up.
- Sugar – I use a combination of white sugar and brown sugar.
- Vanilla
- Toffee Bits – you can find the toffee bits in the baking aisle, right next to the chocolate chips.
- Apples – I love using a tart, granny smith apple but I have also used Honey Crisp and Gala. Use whatever your favorite apple is. I like using a combination of different color apples for a prettier presentation.

How to Make Toffee Apple Dip
- Mix together cream cheese, sugars and vanilla until smooth. I use the paddle attachment and my stand mixer. Beat until smooth, light and fluffy.
- Fold in toffee bits.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. At least 3 hours before serving.
Tips from leigh Anne
- To keep your apples from turning brown, put them into a bowl full of cool water with a teaspoon of salt immediately after slicing. Submerge the apples for a minute or two and then store them in a zippered plastic bag or air tight container. No brown apples. I’ve done it the day ahead of time and still had pretty apples the next day!!
- You can change up the dip by adding 1/4 – 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, switch out the toffee bits for crusehd up candy bars like butterfingers, Kit Kats or Snickers, or add in some chocolate chips.

Dawn – I did the same thing this weekend – except I used my finger. Thanks again for sharing this fun treat with me and my Beach Babe girlfriends. We licked the bowl clean!!
Scrappin Sue – Dawn is a teacher and a sewer so I am sure she had that cute fabric in her stash somewhere! It is so cute!

Thanks for sharing the recipe Leigh Anne. It came from my friend Kris Brown. Two years ago, the Heath toffee bits were discontinued and we had to go on a web search for them. Luckily Skor came out with their version.
It is addicting and I’m embarrassed to say that when we ran out of apples at a teacher’s meeting, we just ate the dip with spoons!

LOVE IT! Caramelled apples have always been a favorite of mine… found the absolute best “dipping” caramel recipe ever a couple years ago. We love to make them just like the ones at “Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory,” drizzled with dark and white chocolate and sprinkled with a variety of nuts and chocolate candies. I’ll have to send that recipe to you sometime, too! I can’t wait to try THIS recipe and add it to my collection.

The basket had an assortment of different colored apples, Skor bits and the recipe in it. I added the rest. Of course she decorated the basket up cute with fabric and ribbon. It would make a great gift for friends and neighbors during the holiday.
