3 Ingredient Pink Lemonade Pie

Pink Lemonade Pie

3 ingredients and 5 minutes.  That is all it takes to put this quick, easy and delicious dessert together!   The best though about this dessert though?  It tastes delicious!

I’ve been making this recipe for over 30 years and I’m pretty sure it came from my mother and she has been making it longer than me!

I am pretty sure that Pink Lemonade Pie is the perfect summer time dessert! Everyone needs a go to, easy summer dessert and this is mine.  It is  easy to keep these 3 ingredients on hand so you are always ready to whip up a yummy summer treat.

Pink Lemonade Pie

Three ingredients – a graham cracker crust, 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream and a can of pink lemonade concentrate. Of course you could totally make this with regular lemonade or even limeade and it would be just as delicious.  I am just a fan of pink lemonade.

The process is easy too.  I just put the ice cream and the pink lemonade concentrate (do not add water to the lemonade)  right into my Kitchen Aid.

Then with my paddle attachment I mix the two until they are smooth and combined – just a minute or so.  Then pour it into the graham cracker crust.  I decided to make my own graham cracker crust becauseI think it tastes better than a store bought one but it is a little bit more work and then I couldn’t call the recipe “3 ingredient.”  A store bought one will work just fine!

I know I have made a variation of this is the past – I need to go back and compare recipes. It is just as simple, easy, and tasty as it sounds.

One more ingredient is a must though (pictured) – whipped cream topping!

My mom used to make these when I was a kid. I forgot all about it. This was one of our favorite things my mom made. I am going to have to make it for my brothers. Thanks for the flash back!

Good Evening, what would be good to use if I do not have a mixer with a paddle?

    Thank you, Summer-Lea R.

One thing that you forgot to do is tell us how many ounces the can holds. There are usually
two sizes of frozen juice drinks? Which one do you use? Thanks, E.

I saw this on Google+ and had to check it out. Cooking is my thing, not baking or dessert making. This is right up my alley.
