Happy Saturday! Has summer officially started at your house? It has at ours even though we no “end of school” festivities we are enjoying some summer weather here in the Northwest. Thanks to all the sun we are having our strawberry patch is going crazy and I am making lots of yummy things with strawberries. If you missed the Strawberry Pizza this week be sure and check it out – a total family favorite. They’ll be some more strawberry goodness coming up next week too!
On Thursday Jim and I celebrated 32 years of marriage. I am a lucky lady that he has put up with me and all my craziness for that long!
Last weekend our son Clark was in town for a friend’s wedding and this weekend Logan flew into town to spend some father/son time with Jim up in Seattle at a couple of Mariner’s game. I was able to steal Logan away before they left for Seattle and take him out to breakfast. I love any opportunity I have to spend with my kids and now that they are adults it is so fun to spend time with them one on one!
