Congratulations #92 Kathy says: Everything looks delicious! Would love to try the recipes! Email me Kathy and I’ll get the book in the mail to you.
Happy Weekend! It has been a bit quieter week around our house this week and our nest is once again empty. We started the week off with cataract surgery for my husband. Last fall he had a torn retina and a side effect of that is it accelerates cataracts. Surgery went well and after 4 months of not being able to see out of one eye he now has 20/20 vision! Really makes you appreciate the gift of sight!
I’ve spent a lot of time this week working on posts for you. I am going to be out of town and traveling for about 3 weeks so I’m getting lots of things lined up to post for you while I am gone! My neighbor kids have sure been enjoying all the treats! I have discovered that if I post a photo of what I am making on Instagram the kids will come knocking at my door. I love that!
Spring is here and the tulips are in full bloom. We are also doing some spring cleaning around our house and thanks to Stanley Steamer I have clean carpets!
Enough about me – now it’s your turn to share with me in our weekly Linky Party. Thanks to all of you who link up each week. I love seeing what you have to share. Can’t wait to see what you have to share this week!
The top viewed link for last week was from Texas Decor and she shared some of her favorite things. I love seeing what other people’s favorite things are!
Here are a few of the pretty and delicious things that caught my eye this week:
I am a total sucker for a cute chalkboard. Love this rustic wooden chalkboard from Shaken Together Life.
Or how about this fun rustic ruler star from Restyled Junk! Love this!!
I found several delicious things to add to my To Try list this week too. My favorite all time food is pizza and the Resourceful Gals guarantee this is The Best Homemade Pizza Ever!! Looks pretty darn good to me!
I am always on the look out for new crock pot recipes and this Pulled BBQ Chicken from the Seasoned Homemaker looks great and it’s gluten free!
Or how about this amazing looking Coconut Lime Thai Chicken from A Pretty Life – love the flavor combo and her photo is so pretty.
And this Roasted Red Pepper Pasta Salad from Simply Gloria looks amazing!
I love Jamba Juice and especially love the idea of being able to make it at home thanks to Dear Beautiful You and their Jamba Orange-A-Peel Smoothie.
And for dessert how about these Oh Dolly Bars from What’s Cooking with Ruthie.
Be sure and pin your favorites.
So now let’s see what you have for me this week!
