A glance at my week via Instagram:
Had a great week hanging out with my girl who is home for the summer. I got her to help me do some berry picking this week. The raspberries are ripe and they are big and sweet!! Picking was easy too. Made a batch of jam and have a few more surprises coming up on the blog using them!
I also finally got a few 4th of July decorations put out. Not much but had to show a little patriotism!
We are headed to the beach this next week for our annual Week at the Beach so I’ve done a bit of grocery shopping to get ready but I think if all I had was popcorn and M & M’s my kids would be happy! We love eating them together – the perfect combination.
This week’s most viewed link is a Taco Casserole from The Pin Junkie and looks delicious!
I’ve put together a little collection of things that may be the perfect addition to your holiday meal this week!
These Bacon Wrapped Chicken & Pineapple Skewers from I Dig Pinterest look amazing. Think we may add them to our 4th of July menu!
I’m thinking this Ultimate Artichoke Cheesy Bread from Sourdough Native needs to be on the menu too!
If you need an appetizer for your 4th of July BBQ these BLT Crostinis from SteakNPotatoes look amazing!
If you need something to get you in a patriotic mood these Red White and Blue Cake from Blahnik Baker will do the trick! Love the macarons on the cake.
If you are in the mood for a little crafting this week check out this cute idea. Love the great directions for how to give your terra cotta pots an aged look from Now at Home Mom.
If you’ve got some old frames that need a redo this DIY Distressed Picture Frame tutorial from Frugality Gal is great!
