Lots of Lemons

It’s Spring!

Spring means lemons!

I love lemons – the look, the shape, the taste – everything about lemons!

Over the last few years I have shared a lot of different lemon recipes.

Today I want to remind you of a few of my favorites.  If you are still working on your Easter menu you might want to consider adding something lemony to it!

Just click on each photo to be taken to the recipe.

Of course, one of my all time favorites…

And on the more savory side….

After looking at all these wonderful dishes, I think the weight I dropped this week just came back. ;-)

I love your site and have tried many recipes. My daughter loves the college cookbook that I bought and gave to her. I just downloaded these lemon recipes and some of the recipes are missing the numbers in the ingredients. For instance on page 7, Lemon Bread has quotation marks and exclamation marks where there should be amounts. Is it just mine?

Just wanted to thank you for sharing Lila’s Yummy Lemon Cake recipe. I finally got around to trying it this past weekend and it was a bit hit at my dinner party. It was so easy to make and incredibly YUMMY!
