1/4cuplime juiceI used Key Lime Juice in the bottle
1quartlime sherbet
Instructions
Pour chilled juices into punch bowl.
Add lime shervet
Pour ginger ale over the top
Add dry ice if desired.
Notes
Chill everything first. Make sure the pineapple juice, lemon lime soda or ginger ale and lime juice are well chilled before assembling your Witches Brew. This keeps the punch cold without needing ice, which can water it down.
Add the sherbet right before serving. Spoon the lime sherbet into the punch just before your guests arrive. As it melts, it creates a fun, frothy green top and makes the punch creamy.
Pour in the soda last. Add the lemon lime soda or ginger ale just before serving so your Halloween punch stays nice and bubbly.
Choose your fizz. Lemon lime soda will give you a sweeter punch, while ginger ale adds a little more flavor and is slightly less sweet. Both work great.
Make it extra spooky. Serve your Witches Brew in a cauldron or dark-colored punch bowl. You can also float a few extra scoops of lime sherbet on top just before serving to give it that bubbly, frothy “witches brew” look.
If you want your punch a deeper green, add in a little green food color.
Add plastic eyeballs for a spooky effect. I found them at the Dollar Store.
For even more spookiness, add in a piece of dry ice to the punch to create a spooky smokey effect.
