Ingredients

cups
strawberries
slice and cut into small pieces
1/2
cup
red onion
diced small

jalapeno pepper
seeded and diced small

cilantro
chopped

lime zest

lime juice

white balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Chop strawberries, red onion, jalapeno and cilantro.
Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
Add sugar if needed to sweeten.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
If your strawberries aren't as sweet as you would like add in a teaspoon or two of sugar.
If you have time to refrigerate the strawberry salsa the strawberries will sweeten up as they sit.
If you prefer, substitute green onions for red onions.
If you don't like cilantro add in fresh mint or basil.
