No Churn Chocolate Ice Cream
2Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
1/2cupmini semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold in sweetened condensed milk, salt and vanilla.
Place mixture into a parchment paper lined 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or ice cream freezer safe container.
Cover top with plastic wrap or foil and freeze until firm.
Chocolate No Churn Ice Cream
Follow the directions above, but before folding in the sweetened condensed milk, add the cocoa powder, salt and vanilla extract to it to make a chocolate mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips before freezing.
Notes
I recommend using mini chocolate chips but you can use full size chocolate chips. They do get hard as they freeze and bigger chips makes the ice cream a bit more "chewy".
