Greek Salad Dressing
This Greek Salad Dressing has amazing flavor and is perfect over your favorite Greek Salad, pasta salad or you can even use it to marinade chicken or fish.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp oregano dry
- 2 tsp basil dry
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
Notes
Recipe makes 2 cups.
Keep dressing stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will solidify because of the olive oil so let it sit out at room temperature before using. You can also warm it quickly by putting it in the microwave for a few seconds. It can last for 2-3 months in the refrigerator.
