Notes
Let cubes soften slightly before blending Take the slush cubes out of the freezer 5–10 minutes before blending. This helps them break down more easily and gives you a smoother, slushie texture.
Customize the flavor Switch up the fruit juice or add different fruits to create new flavor combinations. Pineapple, orange, berry blends, or even a splash of lime juice can give your slush a fun twist.
Keep a batch ready all summer Store slush cubes in a freezer-safe bag or container so you always have them on hand. They’re perfect for last-minute guests, backyard gatherings, or a quick afternoon cool-down.
Make it party ready. For gatherings, serve the slush in a punch bowl with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water. Garnish with fresh fruit slices or mint for a festive and refreshing summer drink everyone will love.
