Ingredients

bunch baby spinach

dried cherries or craisins

green onions
sliced

green apple
cored and thinly sliced

seedless red grapes
cut in half

sugared pecans

crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Dressing:

olive oil

cider vinegar

Instructions
Combine spinach, cherries, green onions, apple slices, grapes and pecans
Add dressing and toss
Garnish with Gorgonzola cheese
Dressing:
Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake until evenly combined
