3/4cupgraham cracker crumbs7 sheets of graham crackers
1tspbaking powder
1/4tspsalt
4Hershey's chocolate bars1.55 ounce size
7ouncesMarshmallow creme
Instructions
Grease a 8 x 8 Inch pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, with the paddle attachment, combine butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and egg. Beat until smooth.
Add in flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.. Mix until combined.
Pat half of the mixture into bottom of prepared pan.
Place chocolate bars on top of crust mixture.
Layer marshmallow creme on top of chocolate bars.
Place remaining dough over top of chocolate. I like to take little pieces of dough and flatten them out and then place on top of chocolate. Note: You will not cover all of the marshmallow.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, marshmallow will lightly brown
Cool and enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have marshmallow creme you can place a layer of mini marshmallows over the top of the chocolate.
You can also replace the chocolate bars with semi sweet or milk chocolate chocolate chips.
Switch things up and use a different flavor of candy bar. You can even use Reese's peanut butter cups instead of chocolate bars for added flavor. I also love to use a white chocolate candy bar.
Allow the bars to cool for 10-15 minutes for easier cutting.
