Bacon Egg and Cheese Breakfast Casserole Recipe
This easy breakfast casserole is the perfect way to greet your guests or your family in the morning. Loaded with bacon, eggs, hash browns and cheese, it is a complete breakfast in one dish.

Ingredients

bacon
diced

cup
onion
diced

cups
O'Brien cubed hash browns
thawed

eggs

Medium Cheddar Cheese
shredded
1 1/2

Swiss cheese
shredded

small curd cottage cheese
Instructions
In a large frying pan, brown hash browns until golden brown.
Cook diced bacon and onion over medium heat until bacon is crispy. Drain grease.
Place bacon and onion mixture along with browned hash browns and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour into a 9 x 13 greased baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes in a 350 degree F. oven. Be sure egg is set and cheese is melted.
