Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1-2 tsp peppermint extract or 1-2 Tbsp peppermint Torani syrup to taste
  • 4 crushed up candy canes
  • 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • extra crushed candy cane to sprinkle on top.

Instructions

  • Put ice cream, milk, extract and candy canes in blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add in chocolate chips and pulse for a few seconds.
  • Top off with whipping cream and crushed candy cane.

Notes

  • If your milkshake is too thick, add more milk
  • If your milkshake is too thin, add more ice cream.
  • I prefer the flavor of the Torani peppermint syrup but if you all you can find is peppermint extract (not MINT, it's not the same) it will work fine.
  • You can also replace both the candy cane and the chocolate chips in the Chick-Fil-A peppermint milkshake by using pieces or chips of peppermint bark
