Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
Teriyaki Chicken is a meal the whole family will love. The marinated chicken is grilled allowing the teriyaki sauce to caramelize on the chicken.

8
boneless skinless chicken thighs
1
cup
low sodium soy sauce
2
Tbsp
mirin
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
or honey
1
tsp
ginger
minced
4
tsp
garlic
minced
Instructions
In a sauce pan combine soy sauce and sugar. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Cool. Set aside 1/4 cup.
Combine 3/4 cup of soy sauce mixture with mirin, garlic and ginger. Place in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture over chicken in a zipper bag. Marinate for at least one hour to overnight.
Grill chicken. Slice and pour reserved sauce over top.
Notes
You can use boneless, skinless chicken breasts if you prefer.
