Ingredients

pretzels

peanut butter, creamy

sugar

water

caramel bits
1/4
cup
whipping cream
3/4
cup
peanuts
coarsely choppeed

semi sweet chocolate chips

whipping cream
sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, combine pretzels, peanut butter, sugar and water. Pulse to combine.
Press firmly into prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan or microwave, melt caramel bits with whipping cream. Stir to combine.
Pour caramel over pretzel crust. Top with chopped peanuts
In a bowl, in the microwave, combine chocolate chips and whipping cream. Melt until smooth and combined. Spread over peanut layer.
Sprinkle with sea salt while chocolate is still warm. Cool and then chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve and cut into squares.
