Equipment
Blender
Ingredients
2
cups
vanilla ice cream
1/2
cup
milk
1-2
tsp
peppermint extract or 1-2 Tbsp peppermint Torani syrup
to taste
4
crushed up candy canes
1/4
cup
semi sweet chocolate chips
Whipped cream for topping
extra crushed candy cane to sprinkle on top.
Instructions
Put ice cream, milk, extract and candy canes in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add in chocolate chips and pulse for a few seconds.
Top off with whipping cream and crushed candy cane.
Notes
If your milkshake is too thick, add more milk
If your milkshake is too thin, add more ice cream.
I prefer the flavor of the Torani peppermint syrup but if you all you can find is peppermint extract (not MINT, it's not the same) it will work fine.
You can also replace both the candy cane and the chocolate chips in the Chick-Fil-A peppermint milkshake by using pieces or chips of peppermint bark
