This Brie Crostini is a simple and delicious appetizer. The creamy brie topped crostini is sprinkled with fresh herbs and drizzled with honey for an amazing flavor combination.
Slice baguette into slices. Add a slice of brie and a sprinkle of fresh or dried herbs.
Bake on a parchment covered baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes or until bread begins to brown around the edges and cheese melts.

Notes
If I am attending a potluck or dinner party I will always offer to bring an appetizer or two. Because this brie crostini is best served fresh out of the oven, if I am taking it to a party, I will always bake it at the host's home. Always call ahead to make sure the oven will be available for 5 minutes.
