Brie Crostini

This Brie Crostini is a simple and delicious appetizer.  The creamy brie topped crostini is sprinkled with fresh herbs and drizzled with honey for an amazing flavor combination.

  • 1 baguette
  • 7 oz Brie
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • fresh herbs


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Slice baguette into slices. Add a slice of brie and a sprinkle of fresh or dried herbs.
  • Bake on a parchment covered baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes or until bread begins to brown around the edges and cheese melts.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
