Mix together seasonings and sprinkle over meat. Stir to incorporate. Simmer for 3-5 minutes
Add cooked rice to individual serving bowl.
Top with ground beef mixture. Add toppings - pico, avocado, cheese, corn, black beans, and cilantro.

This is a great prep ahead meal. Cook your meat, cook the rice, chop and prepare all your ingredients and just keep everything in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. Heat up the meat and rice and add on everything else.
Make this even easier by buying pre made guacamole, salsa, grated cheese and chopped lettuce from the store. Ingredients will last 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
