Hawaiian Pizza
Place pizza stone into oven and preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cover pizza paddle or back side of cookie sheet with a light layer of cornmeal.
Divide dough in half (can refrigerate other half for later.) Roll out dough to desired thickness, may need to use more flour.
Add a thin layer of BBQ sauce. Top with 1 cup cheese, ham, pineapple and red onion. Add remaining cheese.
Slide pizza off of paddle onto pizza stone. If you don't have a pizza stone just bake pizza on cookie sheet.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
