Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
cut in half

sweet onion
sliced
1/4
cup
brown sugar
packed
1/4
cup
granulated sugar
1/2
tsp
dried thyme

olive oil
Instructions
Heat olive oil in pan
Add onions and saute until the onions are soft.
Add in tomatoes, sugar and thyme
Stir and simmer until thickened
Smash the tomatoes with the back of a spoon if needed.
