Ingredients

can cut sweet potatoes
masahed

cup
milk

eggs

Tbsp
butter
melted

cups
all purpose flour

brown sugar

baking powder

cinnamon

tsp
ground nutmeg

tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron.
Mix together sweet potato, milk, egg and butter.
In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Add flour mixture into potato mixture and stir until just combined.
Spray waffle iron with non stick spray and add in waffle batter.
Cook until golden brown and crisp.
