Ingredients

French baguette
cut in half horizontally
1/2
cup
butter
softened
3
cloves
garlic
minced
1/4
cup
Cheddar Cheese
grated
1/4
cup
mozzarella cheese
grated
1/4
cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Mix together butter, garlic and cheese until combined.
Spread a layer on both sides of baguette halves.
Place in oven under broiler. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch carefully
Notes
Make it without cheese if you prefer.
Add in some chopped green onion, chives or fresh parsley for additional flavor and color.
Sprinkle the garlic bread with some Italian seasoning or dried oregano for more flavor.
Add some fresh herbs such as rosemary, basil, thyme or oregano in with your garlic and butter mixture
