Ingredients

flour
3/4

granulated sugar

cocoa

baking powder

milk

canola oil

vanilla

brown sugar

cocoa
1 1/2
cups
water
boiling hot. If you watch the video I say the wrong amount in the video. this is the right amount
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In an ungreased square pan , 8 x 8, stir together flour, sugar, 2 Tbsp cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Spread evenly in the pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 C cocoa.
Pour hot water over batter.
Bake for about 35 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes and then spoon into dessert dishes and top with ice cream!
