cooked quinoa

pulled pork

roasted sweet potatoes

fresh pineapple
diced

Monterey Jack Cheese
grated

cherry tomatoes

green onions

coleslaw mix

coleslaw dressing

BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Combine coleslaw mix and dressing and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Place quinoa or rice in bottom of bowl and pulled pork
Add all veggies and fruits, including coleslaw. Top with cheese and green onion and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
