Ingredients

bone in turkey breast

carrots
cut into 3 inch pieces

celery stalks
cut into 3 inch pieces

onion
quartered

dry onion soup mix

butter

Instructions
Place cut up vegetables and water in bottom of crock pot.
Put in turkey.
Place half of soup mix under the skin of the turkey (loosen with fingers)
Sprinkle remaining soup mix over the top of the turkey
Add butter
Cook on high for one hour and then low for 7 hours.
